IV. And strategy, practice documents or policies detailing municipality’s communication system with the community around service delivery in these areas.


2. Request for all or any records regarding electricity outages in the community of Emdeni North.. Please include;
I. The schedule for the power cuts;
II.  Records that outline a consistent method of alerting home owners of outages when they are going to occur.
III. Any other relevant record.


3. Request for all or any records relating to contracts awarded to install prepaid meters in Soweto, Emdeni North.The record must include but not be limited to;
I. Any public consultations held with the community before the meters were installed;
II. Minutes of that meeting;
III. Attendance registers;
IV. Any other relevant record.


4. Records for all or any relating to two roomed back-yard houses built in Emdeni North in 2013/14. Details must include but not be limited to;

I. Records detailing the department’s policy for administering the houses to eligible applicants;
II. A list of houses that were built;
III. Records detailing the reasons for the delay in the allocation of the houses, including budgetary and logistical restraints;
IV. Systems used to track allocation of the houses;
V. Any other relevant record.

5. Records for all or any records relating to Jabulani Mall in Soweto relating to the 30% corporate social. Records must include but not be limited to;
I. An outline of how the 30 % corporate social responsibility was considered and applied to the community of Orlando East Zola.
II. This must include a list of people or organisations that benefited from the 30% social responsibility.
III. Any other relevant record.
