Request for copies of any or all records of the late Ernest Dipale who died in detention under the security legislation at the John Vorster Square on 8 August 1982 the alleged cause of death was reported to be suicide by hanging, however there have been concerns about how he died. The record must include but not limited to:

i. Records of inquest hearings;
ii. Post mortem reports;
iii. Truth and Reconciliation Commission files relevant.
