Request for records of any and all, past and present, operational plans for the Boipatong Memorial and Youth Centre (The Monument). Including, but not limited to the following:
1. A copy of the running budget and resource allocation for The Monument;
2. Records of funding received for The Monument from June 2014 to current day and subsequent spending receipts and/or documentation;
3. Plans for the application of the Expanded Public Works Programme at The Monument;
4. Documents relating to public access and use of The Monument, including guidelines, procedures and policies for approving community use of the Monument;
5. Maintenance schedules for The Monument as well as records of completed maintenance works and inspections from June 2014; and
6. Any other documents relating to the ongoing development of The Monument.
