This is a PAIA request made on behalf of a community in Sebokeng Zone 13 for access to the following records:

1. Request for all or any records detailing plans to build a community centre in Sebokeng Zone 13.  Please include the following:

I. Any youth development plans in Sebokeng, Zone 13.
II. Plans to build a community centre;
III. Any other relevant records.

2. Request for all or any records relating to waste management in the community of Sebokeng Zone 13. Please include the following;

I. Schedule for collection of waste;
II. Any other relevant record.

3. Request for all or any records regarding the sewage maintenance and the water supply cut offs in community of Sebokeng Zone 13. Please include the following;

I. The schedule for the water cuts;
II. Records detailing sewage maintenance systems;
I. Records outlining the method/s of alerting home owners of outages
II. Any other relevant record.

4. Request for all or any records relating to the allocation of RDP houses built in Sebokeng Zone 13. Records must include but not be limited to;

I. Records detailing the department’s policy for administering RDP houses to eligible applicants in a timely and accurate manner.
II. Records detailing the reasons for the delay in the allocation of RDP houses.
III. Systems used to track allocation of houses;
IV. Any other relevant record.
