o minutes of any meetings between Eskom and the National Nuclear Regulator;
o proposals or plans for the establishment of a nuclear plant at the site(s);
o any budget or proposed budget in relation the establishment of a nuclear plant at the site(s).

Waste management
• Any records relating to the management of nuclear spent fuel at the Koeberg nuclear site, including but not limited to:
o regulations, procedures, policies or plans regarding management of the spent fuel;
o contingency plans in the event of a nuclear accident;
o the amount of spent fuel being generated;
o the amount of spent fuel being stored in pools;
o the amount of spent fuel being stored in dry storage;
o the budget for spent fuel management for the past 3 financial years;
o expenditure/audit reports on spent fuel management in the past 3 financial years;
o any research, plans, or similar documents in relation to managing spent fuel by dry storage, rather than pools.

• Any records relating to the management of nuclear waste generated at the Koeberg nuclear site, including , but not limited to:
o the amount of nuclear waste being generated;
o regulations, procedures, policies or plans regarding the transfer of waste to Vaalputs National Radioactive Waste Disposal Facility;
o budget for the transfer of waste to Vaalputs National Radioactive Waste Disposal Facility for the past 3 financial years;
o expenditure/audit reports for the transfer of waste to Vaalputs National Radioactive Waste Disposal Facility for the past 3 financial years.

Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)
• Any records related to the environmental impact assessment for the proposed nuclear sites for nuclear one, including, but not limited to:
o the tender in respect of the preparation of the assessment and all associated documentation;
o the contract with the consultant that prepared the assessment, including any amendments thereto;
o details of all payments made in respect of the contract; and
o copies of any submissions received in respect of the assessment.
