1. Copies of records relating to the Parliament Portfolio Committee on Health’s recommendation to the Minister of Health to reschedule cannabis from a schedule 7 substance to schedule 6 substance in the Registration of Medicines Scheduling of Medicines guidelines, including, but limited to:

a. The Medicines Control Council recommendations provided to the Minister of Health on rescheduling cannabis.

b. The Parliament Portfolio Committee on Health’s recommendations provided to the Minister of Health on rescheduling cannabis.

c. Any and all documents tabled in support of the recommendation provided to the Minister of Health.

d. Any and all documents that informed decision making related to the recommendation to the Minister of Health – the so-called “record of the decision” – irrespective of whether (or not) these were officially tabled in support of the recommendation.

For any and all records related to the new access control system used by Parliament.
