- The amount allocated by the SABC for programming for the periods of 2007/2008, 2008/2009, 2009/2010, 2010/2011 and 2011/2012
- The amount spent by the SABC on programming for the periods of 2007/2008, 2008/2009, 2009/2010, 2010/2011 and 2011/2012

- The breakdown of amounts provided by individual advertisers and donors to SABC for the periods of 2007/2008, 2008/2009, 2009/2010, 2010/2011 and 2011/2012
- The number of South African programmes produced and/or commissioned by the SABC that were sold or licensed to other broadcasters for the periods of 2007/2008, 2008/2009, 2009/2010, 2010/2011 and 2011/2012

Copies of any and all records, or parts of records, relating to legal expenses paid by the SABC for any litigation (including contemplated litigation) brought in any Court regarding allegations of fraudulent and/or negligent misrepresentation by Hlaudi Motsoeneng of his academic qualifications setting out the following:
1. The total amount paid (or parts of amounts paid, where only that information is available) whether paid to lawyers, Counsel or any witness or other adviser, to defend or conduct that litigation;
2. The total amount paid (or parts of amounts paid, where only that information is available) as a result of:
• a costs order made by a Court, and/or
• an out of court settlement,
for the legal costs of any party or potential party to that litigation;
3. Any internal costs and/or time spent by in-house lawyers or officers, to defend or conduct that litigation; and
4. In respect of items 1 to 3 above, where applicable: record(s) setting out which litigation (i.e. case name and/or number) the costs/amounts relate to.

It is specifically noted that this would include records reflecting costs incurred by the SABC in of respect of the matter of Democratic Alliance v South African Broadcasting Corporation Limited and Others 2015 (1) SA 551 (WCC) as well as any appeals arising out of that matter.
