Copies of Standard Operating Procedures, National Instructions, Guidelines, Policies, Protocols, Training Manuals and Standing orders which relate to the procurement, testing, training, deployment and use of crowd management equipment (including surveillance equipment, devices and soft/hardware), weapons (including crowd-control / less lethal weapons and devices), and ammunition.
