Report on TRC Unit Consultative Workshop in Pretoria

We are requesting for the final report on a consultative workshop that was held at the Burgerspark Hotel, Pretoria, about the draft regulations one health, educational and other benefits for identified victims. The workshop took place on 22 March, 2012. The rapporteur, Rebone, was hired to produce the report.

Copies of any and all records relating to:
1. Any and all draft regulations and amendments to any draft regulations in relation to health and education benefits for Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) identified victims from the date of the public version of those regulations circulated in May 2011(including but not limited to the Regulations Relating To Medical Benefits For Victims)
2. Records (Including but not limited to minutes of meetings, attendance registers and follow up recommendations) of all the consultation meetings between the TRC Unit and the relevant communities in relation to funds earmarked for community rehabilitation, education and medical regulations that took place after March 2013 in 18 communities (including and not limited to Mamelodi and other townships) .
