Any and all documents related to;

(a) Any community development or local economic development programmes or activities initiated, funded or managed by Acerlormittal or any of its subsidiaries, contractors or joint ventures in the last 5 years in communities surrounding the plant in the Vaal.

(b) For each of the community development or local economic development programmes or activities referred to above:

(i) expenditure to date and projected expenditure on the programme or activity;
(ii) details of any contractor appointed to perform the programme or activity;
(iii) details of the tender process associated with appointing the contractor; and
(iv) details of any maintenance provision made for the upkeep of the programme or activity.
