Any and all documents on the investigations by the Department of Human Settlements on construction companies that have performed poorly in government service contracts.

Any and all documents, reports and material regarding;
1. Lists of contractors in all 9 provinces of South Africa that have been blacklisted by the department for poor workmanship, non-delivery and incompetence, as at 30 April 2012
2. All reports/ documents of completed investigations into contractors providing poor workmanship, non-delivery and incompetence, and
3. Records detailing the recovery of monies by the department thus far in relation to such contracts.
