Copies of any records or part of records:
1. In relation to any and all land, and any immoveable property/building on that land, for each and every part of the area known as Westfort Hospital in Danville, west of Pretoria, along the southern slopes of the Daspoort Rand (also previously known as the Daspoort Hospital, Pretoria Leprosy Hospital, West Fort Hospital or Westfort Leprosy Hospital)  (the hospital) including the associated cemeteries (the cemeteries), which are located on some portion or remaining extent of the farm Fort 646 JR (which may include portion 16, 31 and/or 226 of the Farm Pretoria Town and Townlands 351 JR and remaining extent of the Farm Broek Scheur 318 JR):
• Title Deeds or Deed of Transfer setting out the owner and any history of transactions and any associated maps of the hospital, cemeteries or any land where the hospital and/or cemeteries are located,
• Any Certificate of registered State title or Deed of grant and associated diagram of the hospital, cemeteries or any land where the hospital and/or cemeteries are located,
• Any notice of any application to a Court under the Deeds Registration Act, 1937,
• Any right of leasehold under the Black Communities Development Act, 1984.
2. In relation to the abovementioned hospital and cemeteries, all records that are available in relation to both the hospital and/or cemeteries for any period from 1 January 2003 to date that:
• Contain any application or request for a permit or other authorisation to develop the hospital or cemeteries and also any associated documentation provided in support of that application of development including (but not limited to) environmental, historical, architectural and archeological surveys, reports or impact assessments,
• Set out whether either the hospital or cemeteries have been identified as a heritage resource/site, and if so, whether either of the hospital or cemeteries were categorised as a Grade I, Grade II or Grade III heritage resource, including (but not limited to) any applications or requests for the hospital or cemeteries to be categorised as a heritage resource,
• Appoint any person including (but not limited to) a heritage impact assessment practitioner, to conduct a heritage impact assessment or other historical or archeological report of the hospital or cemeteries site,
• Appoint any person including (but not limited to) a contractor to remove materials/clear land including land that could include the hospital or cemeteries,
• Provide recommendations or submissions as to whether the hospital or cemeteries should be identified or assessed as a heritage resource, including (but not limited to) any Heritage Impact Assessments or other heritage reports or surveys,
• Give notice of any public consultation or advertisements of opportunities to provide comments on decisions to develop areas that include the hospital or cemeteries,
• Include any reports, notices or other information provided to any other department/organisation or person including (but not limited to) national, provincial or municipal heritage authorities, on the development of the hospital or cemeteries,
• Include any surveys, maps, drawings or photographs of the current hospital, cemeteries or land occupied by the hospital or cemeteries, including (but not limited to) locality plans and/or site development plans,
• Include any surveys, maps, or drawings of proposed changes to the current hospital, cemeteries or land occupied by the hospital or cemeteries, including (but not limited to) locality plan and/or site development plans,
• Include any appeals against any decision by a national, provincial or municipal authority about the development of the hospital or cemeteries.
3. All records setting out any current town planning process or policy in relation to land that includes the hospital and/or cemeteries.
4.  All records setting out any town planning process that has been undertaken or is underway, in relation to land that includes the hospital and/or cemeteries for any period from 1 January 2003 including:
• Notices of any public consultation or advertisements of opportunities to provide comments on decisions to reclassify or develop the hospital or cemeteries,
• Any reports, notices or other information provided to any other department/organisation or person including (but not limited to) national, provincial or municipal authorities, on the development of the hospital or cemeteries,
• Any reports, notices or other information received by any other department/organisation or person including (but not limited to) on the development of the hospital or cemeteries,
• Any appeals or complaints against any proposal or decision to develop the hospital or cemeteries.
