(i) Mr. Chabayagae’s. personnel file, including but not limited to his employment contract(s)

(ii) agreements between Transnet, Mr. Chabayagae and any bank in relation to his housing entitlements and any legal documents associated with the house(s) he lived in

(iii) employee policies relating to housing and termination of employment that applied at the date Mr. Chabayagae employment ended
