(i) Mr. Sanda’s personnel file, including but not limited to his employment contract(s)

(ii) agreements between Transnet, Mr. Sanda and any bank in relation to his housing entitlements and any legal documents associated with the house(s) he lived in, including Erf 1843, Doornkop Ext 1, Johannesburg, Gauteng

(iii) employee policies relating to housing and termination of employment that applied at the date Mr. Sanda’s employment ended

(iv) all Mr. Sandas’s salary records from before 2009 including but not limited to deductions from his salary such as pension payments, housing contributions and final lump sum employment termination payment.
