Records relating to declarations and / or declassifications of National Key Points (NKPs) for financial years from 2004/5, up to and including 2014/15.
Any and all records relating to the following financial years:
a. 2004/5;
b. 2005/6;
c. 2006/7;
d. 2007/8;
e. 2008/9;
f. 2009/10;
g. 2010/11;
h. 2011/12;
i. 2012/13;
j. 2013/14; and
k. 2014/15
That:
1. List places or areas declared as national key points or national key point complexes in terms of the provisions of the National Key Point Act, 1980 (the Act) as at the end of that financial year;
2. Relate to applications for declarations of places or areas as national key points or national key point complexes, in terms of the Act, including but not limited to application forms and “information notes”;
3. Relate to decisions to declare places or areas as national key points or national key point complexes, in terms of the provisions of the Act, including but not limited to “declaration certificates”;
4. Relate to applications for declassification of places or areas previously declared national key points or national key point complexes, in terms of the provisions of the Act, including but not limited to “declassification evaluation forms”; and
5. Relate to decisions to declassify places or areas previously declared national key points or national key point complexes, in terms of the provisions of the Act, including but not limited to “declassification certificates”; and / or;
6. Were used as the basis for the statistical information provided about national key points reported in the annual performance plans and annual reports, as well as the National Key Points list, dated 16/01/2015, released to SAHA and R2K on 22 January 2015.
