Request for copies of all or any records of the late Clayton Sizwe Sithole who died in detention under the security legislation at the John Vorster Square on, 30 January 1990 the alleged cause of death was reported to be suicide by hanging, , however there have been concerns about how he died.  The record must include but not limited to:

i. Records of inquest hearings;
ii. Post mortem reports;
iii. Truth and Reconciliation Commission files relevant.
