Request for copies of all or any records relating to the involvement in Brigadier Jack Cronje and the Hecter and Prinsloo groups in the kidnap, torture and forced disappearance of an unknown man who was working in an underground ANC cell, it is alleged that his body was doused with petrol and set alight to give the false impression that he had been necklaced by ANC activists;
Records must include but not limited to:
