Requestees Search

In terms of PAIA there are three categories of requestees - Public part A bodies which includes national and provincial departments and municipalities; Public part B bodies which includes a person or institution exercising a public power or performing a public function in terms of the Constitution, provincial constitution or any legislation; Private bodies which includes a natural person or partnership which carries or has carried on trade, business or profession as well as any former or existing juristic persons
