The following records, relating to the settlement agreement entered into by and between the South African government and the government of the United States of America on or about 7 January 2016, in relation to an earlier trade preference agreement entered into by and between the same parties under the American, African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA):

a.  The final copy of the settlement agreement signed by United States and South African authorities.

b.  Any and all annexing records and documents attached to the settlement agreement.

c.  Any and all records relating to the South African Poultry Association’s concerns about the level of salmonella in US poultry.
