Any and all records related to charges sough to be brought against General Izak Johannes Engelbrecht (aka General “Krappies” Engelbrecht) at any time over the period 1 January 1990 to 31 December 2005, including but not limited to:
1. The indictment;
2. The summons;
3. The investigation docket and/or the police docket;
4. The draft and/or final record of the Notice of Trial as well as the return of service;
5. Correspondence between the NPA and the South African Defense Force; 6. Correspondence between the NPA and the South African Police Service; and
7. The correspondence between former Director Anton Ackerman and the prosecutor assigned to drawing and issuing the indictment.
