Request for all or any records of the late Ernest Dipale who died in detention under the security legislation at the John Vorster Square on 8 August 1982.

Request for all or any records of the late Ernest Dipale who died in detention under the security legislation at the John Vorster Square on 8 August 1982 the alleged cause of death was reported to be suicide by hanging, however there have been concerns about how he died.  The record must include but not limited to:

i. Copies of intelligence reports;
ii. Police reports;
iii. Medical reports;
iv. Post mortem reports;
