Documents, reports and any other records regarding submissions of equality plans by the state, as per the Promotion of Equality and Prevention of Unfair Discrimination Act, 2000.

Any and all documents, reports and any other records relating to;

1. the total number of equality plans submitted,
2. the total number of annual reports on equality plans submitted,
3. a list of departments that have submitted their equity plans,
4. a list of departments that have submitted their annual reports on equality plans,
5. any action taken made in relation to departments that have not submitted their equality plans,
6. any recommendations made with regards to departments that have not submitted their equality plans.
