Copies of any and all records, or parts of records, related to the employment of Mr. Marathane Reuben Tlale (ID number: 5104255405081) (DOB: 25-04-1951) (Transnet employment/ pension number: BRW 654B) by Transnet including:

(i) Mr. Tlale’s personnel file, including but not limited to his employment contract(s)

(ii) agreements between Transnet, Mr. Tlale and any bank in relation to his housing entitlements and any legal documents associated with the house(s) he lived in

(iii) employee policies relating to housing and termination of employment that applied at the date Mr. Tlale’s employment ended

(iv) all Mr. Tlale’s salary records from before 2009 including but not limited to deductions from his salary such as pension payments, housing contributions and final lump sum employment termination payment.
