Request for copies of all or any records of the late Peter Nchabeleng who died in detention at the Sekhukhune land, Lebowa, on 9 April 1986. The alleged cause of death was reported to suspected police assault, however there have been concerns about how he died.  The record must include but not limited to:
Records of

ii. Post mortem reports;
