Request Tracker

The PAIA tracker is an online information management tool designed to track and manage requests made under the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) by SAHA and other members of the PAIA Civil Society Network (PCSN).

The PAIA tracker include integrated mechanisms to create, send and track communication to the private and public bodies to which PAIA requests are submitted, as well as functionality to send faxes / emails from within the system and an automated system of tracking the prescribed timeline for PAIA requests. It is therefore a tool for monitoring compliance with PAIA, tracking the extent to which the government is meeting their obligations in terms of making information accessible to its citizens.
