Social and Labour Plans including Annual Reports, Environmental Impact Assessment Reports, Environmental Management Plans, Closure Plans, Rehabilitation Plans for all Free State Operations

Current Social and Labour Plans as required in terms of section 23(1(e) of the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act, 2002 (MPRDA) and regulation 46 of the MPRDA Regulations for all the mining operations wholly owned by Harmony Gold in the Free State Province, including: Target 1, Target 3, Freddies 9 Project, Tshepong, Phakisa, Bambanani, Unisel, Masimong and Joel operations;

Environmental Impact Assessment Reports and Risk Reports as contemplated by regulation 50 and 60 of the MPRDA Regulations for all the above-stated operations in the Free State Province;

Environmental Management Plans in terms of regulation 52, including in particular, Rehabilitation Plans and Closure Plans for Harmony 2, Merriespruit 1 and Merriespruit 2 closed in 2010 and which form part of the Virginia Operations; and

Any other reports and documents incidental to the social and labour plans; environmental management plans and closure plans.
