SAHA - FOIP – PAIA Workshop Guide

PAIA Workshop Guide

The PAIA Workshop Guide is a comprehensive training manual that details all relevant information for people wanting to learn how to use the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA). The guide was developed as part of SAHA's Freedom of Information Project: Capacity-building in the Community-based Sector (PAIA) . During this training, SAHA recognised that there was a need for a comprehensive training manual that covered all the relevant areas of requesting information in terms of PAIA. Instead of a series of loose documents and PowerPoint presentations, training can now be coordinated in conjunction with this manual. The Workshop Guide can also stand alone as a table-top reference guide for anyone trying to practically engage with PAIA.

This PAIA Workshop Guide was made possible through the generous funding of the Ford Foundation.
