In respect of the order made in respect of Raaths & another v Minister for Minerals & Energy & others [2006] JOL 18523 (T), which case relates to the tailing complex consisting of dams numbered 2627/BB/L4 (sand), 2626/BB/L44(slime), and 2627/BB/L42 (collectively known as the “Princess Complex”), the following records are requested: 

1. the performance assessment reports on the implementation of the urgent, remedial measures which the the Regional Manager of the Department of Minerals of Energy Gauteng Province, as it was then called, was directed to submit to the Minister for Minerals & Energy, as he was then called, every second month with the first report due at the end of the month following the month in which the abovementioned order was given.
