1.The prospecting and/or mining right and mining permit and/or prospecting or mining right application granted by the Department of Mineral Resources and/or Department of Minerals and Energy to African Exploration Mining and Finance corporation Pty (Ltd) (1944/018018/07) in regard to mining activities at or near Vlakfontein in the Mpumalanga province.

2.Any Environmental Management Plan or Environmental Management Programme submitted by African Exploration Mining and Finance corporation Pty (Ltd) to the Department of Minerals Resources or the Department of Minerals and Energy in regard to mining activities at or near Vlakfontein in the Mpumalanga province.

3.Records of financial guarantees for the rehabilitation and/or management of negative environmental impacts provided in respect of the mining activities of African Exploration Mining and Finance corporation Pty (Ltd).
