In respect of the mining operations of DRD Gold Limited (with registration number 1895/000926/06) and/or Crown Gold Recoveries Pty Ltd (with registration number 1988/005115/07) and/or any subsidiary or holding company of the aforementioned and/or any other entity associated with DRD Gold Limited?s “Crown Operation,” which activities are adjacent to Riverlea, Riverlea Extension 1 and Riverlea Extension 2 in West Rand, Johannesburg, the following record is requested:
