Bathlabine Foundation / Lebaka Construction and Quality Plant Hire

In respect of the mining activities by Quality Plant Hire CC (with registration number 2006/148357/23) and /or any subsidiary or holding corporation of the aforementioned, which activities are taking place in or around Tlhabina Farm 13KT, Tlhabine Valley which is adjacent to Lephepane, Mopani district, Limpopo, copies of the following records are requested:
1. The mining right and the mining permit granted by the Department of Mineral Resources;

2. AND the prospecting right and/or permit granted by the Department of Mineral Resources;

3. AND the Environmental Management Programme(s)  and/or Plan(s) approved by the Department of Mineral Resources;
ALTERNATIVELY, and in the event that the Environmental Management Programme(s) and/or Plans(s) have been submitted but not yet approved by the Department of Mineral Resources, all the Environmental Management Programme(s) and/or Plan(s) submitted to the Department of Mineral Resources;
4. AND records of financial provision for the rehabilitation and/or management of negative environmental impacts provided in respect of the mining activities of Quality Plant Hire CC, including but not limited to, any bank guarantees, trust documents or proof of payment of financial provision for rehabilitation and any proof of payment in terms of Regulation 53(2) to the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act 28 of 2002 and Gazette Notice R527 of 23 April 2004.
