In respect of the mining activities by Lebaka Construction CC (with registration number 2001/038635/23) and /or any subsidiary or holding company of the aforementioned, which activities are taking place in or around Tlhabina Farm 13KT, Tlhabine Valley which is adjacent to Lephepane, Mopani district, Limpopo, copies of the following records are requested:
1. All and any Environmental Authorisations issued in terms of the National Environmental Management Act 107 of 1998 (“NEMA”) in respect of all the listed activities being conducted in the construction of a road between Lephepane and Khujwane;
2. AND the related environmental management plan and/or impact assessment report.
