In respect of the road construction activities and related
mining activities by Lebaka Construction CC (with registration number 2001/038635/23) and/or any
subsidiary or holding company of the aforementioned, which activities are taking place in or around Tlhabina Farm 13KT, Tlhabine Valley which is adjacent to Lephepane, Mopani district Limpopo, copies of the following
records are requested:
1.The Environmental Impact Assessment and any environmental
management plan and/or programme.
2. The public participation report including meeting minutes and/or any other documents detailing consultation with affected parties and responses to concerns raised the in public participation process.
3. Any agreement entered into with the land owners by Lebaka Construction CC and/or any other person or entity.
4.Any documentation relating to tenders awarded to Lebaka Construction CC for the construction of a road between Lephepane and Khujwan
