In respect of the road construction activities and related
mining activities by Quality Plant Hire CC (with registration number 2006/148357/23) and/or any
subsidiary or holding corporation of the aforementioned, which activities are taking place in or around Tlhabina Farm 13KT, Tlhabine Valley which is adjacent to Lephepane, Mopani district, Limpopo, copies of the following record are requested:
1.The Environmental Impact Assessment and any environmental management plan and/or programme
.
2.The public participation report including meeting minutes and/or any other documents detailing
consultation with affected parties and responses to concerns raised in
the public participation process.
3.Any agreement entered into with the land owners by Quality Plant Hire CC and/or any other person or entity
.
4.Any documentation relating to tenders awarded to Quality Plant HireCC
