Atmospheric Emission Licence (AEL) for Chevron South Africa (Pty) Limited and the most recent annual compliance report with the AEL

1. Copies of the Atmospheric Emission Licence (AEL) for Chevron South Africa (Pty) Limited Refinery (Chevref);
alternatively, if the AEL has not been granted:
1.1 a copy of the applicable Atmospheric Pollution Prevention Act, 1965 (APPA) permit, and
1.2 the pending application for an AEL.

2. The most recent annual reports reporting on compliance with the AELs submitted to the City of Cape Town for the above refinery;
alternatively,  if there has not yet been a report on compliance in terms of the relevant AEL (or the AEL has not yet been granted):
2.1 the most recent APPA permit compliance report.
