1. The amended Environmental Management Programme approved by the Department of Mineral Resources in terms of s.39 of the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act, 2002 (Act 28 of 2002) (MPRDA) for Namaqualand Mines in 2012 or 2013;

2. In the event that these records are not included in the approved amended EMPR referred to above, records showing the approved amended financial provision made in terms of section 41 of the MPRDA as read with the MPRDA Regulations, 2004 (GN. 7949, GG. 26275, 23 April 2004) including the amount, detailed calculation and form of provision.
