The following records relating to the transfer of mining rights for the Namaqualand Mines from De Beers Consolidated Mines Limited to Emerald Panther Investments 78 (Pty) Ltd in 2012 or 2013, a subsidiary of Trans Hex Group Limited are requested:
1. The full application submitted by De Beers Consolidated Mines Limited in terms of section 11 of the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act, 2002 (MPRDA) for approval of transfer of the mining rights to Emerald Panther Investments 78 (Pty) Ltd;

2. The record of decision by the Minister or her delegated authority on the application for approval of transfer, including but not limited to the assessment of Emerald Panther Investments 78 (Pty) Limited’s capability to carry out and comply with the obligations and terms of conditions of the rights to be transferred, in accordance with section 11(2)(a) of the MPRDA;

3. The 7 (seven) mining rights for which transfer by De Beers Consolidated Mines Limited to Emerald Panther Investments 78 (Pty) Ltd was approved in terms of section 11 of the MPRDA.

4. The deed of cession due to be lodged within 30 days of the approval of the transfer of the rights to Emerald Panther Investments 78 (Pty) Ltd.
