In respect of the current and proposed mining activities at the Vuna Colliery, situated on portion 5 and a portion of the remaining extent of portion 2 of the Farm Zonnebloem 396 JS, Middelburg, Mpumalanga Province, including the Vuna Colliery North Block project area, which activities are undertaken by Vuna Mining Enterprises (Pty) Ltd and/or any subsidiary or holding company of the aforementioned and/or any other entity associated with the Vuna Colliery, including the North Block project area:
a. A copy of any prospecting right and/or mining right granted by the Minister of Mineral Resources;
b. A copy of any mining permit issued by the Minister of Mineral Resources;
c. A copy of any application for a prospecting right and/or mining right accepted by the Department of Mineral Resources; and
d. A copy of the mine works programme and/or prospecting works programme.
