A copy of the written recommendations made by the Regional Mining Development and Environmental Committee to the Minister of Mineral Resources in terms of section 10(2) of the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act, 28 of 2002, in respect of the application by William Patrick Bower (Pty) Ltd for a mining right on portions 6 and 23 of the farm Groenvlei 353JT and portion 12 of the farm Lakenvalei 355JT, in the Magisterial District of Belfast, Mpumalanga Province.
The mining right was subsequently granted to William Patrick Bower (Pty) Ltd on 10 December 2012 under reference number MP 30/5/1/2/2/505 MR.
