All reports of inspections conducted by officials of the Department of Water Affairs at the Vele Colliery operated by Limpopo Coal Company Pty Ltd

1. “All reports of inspections conducted by officials of the Department of Water Affairs at the Vele Colliery operated by Limpopo Coal Company Pty Ltd near Musina, Limpopo province to assess compliance with the National Water Act, including compliance with any licences issued under that Act.” (I think we should state that we are not requesting the authorisations themselves, but only the compliance inspection reports.)
2. All audit reports submitted to the Department of Water Affairs by Limpopo Coal Company Pty Ltd in compliance with the conditions of the integrated water use licence granted for the Vele Colliery on 29 March 2011 (with special reference to the audit reports required in conditions 11.1, 11.2 and 8.4 in that licence).
3. All applications for amendment of the integrated water use licence for the Vele Colliery received or approved by the Department of Water Affairs since the licence was issued on 29 March 2011.”
