Copies of the following records are requested:
1. In respect of Eskom’s Komati Power station:
1.1. all monitoring reports submitted for the last three years in terms of the permit issued in terms of the Water Act, 1956;
1.2. the last three internal legal compliance audit reports in terms of the Water Act, 1956; and
1.3. the last three external legal compliance audit reports in terms of the Water Act, 1956;
2. In respect of Eskom’s Arnot Power Station:
2.1. all monitoring reports submitted for the last three years in terms of condition 5.1 of Appendix IV of the Water Use Licence (WUL) issued in terms of the National Water Act 36 of 1998 (NWA);
2.2. the last three external legal compliance audit reports in terms of condition 12 of Appendix IV of the WUL;
2.3. all monitoring reports submitted for the last three years in terms of conditions 5.1 of Appendix V of the WUL;
2.4. all monitoring reports submitted for the last three years in terms of condition 8.1 of Appendix V of the WUL;
2.5. the last three internal legal compliance audit reports in terms of condition 5.3 of the Appendix V of the WUL;
2.6. the last three external legal compliance audit reports in terms of condition 5.2 of Appendix V of the WUL; and
2.7. the last three Integrated Water and Waste Management Plans (IWWMP) and Rehabilitation Strategies and Implementation Programmes (RSIP) in terms of condition 9 of Appendix V of the WUL;
3. In respect of Eskom’s Hendrina Power Station:
3.1. the last three internal legal compliance audit reports in terms of condition 10 of Annexure I and condition 11.1 of Annexure III of the WUL issued in terms of the NWA;
3.2. the last three external legal compliance audit reports in terms of condition 10 of Annexure I and condition 11.2 of Annexure III of the WUL;
3.3. all monitoring reports submitted for the last three years in terms of conditions 4.1 of Annexure III of the WUL;
3.4. all toxicity data reports submitted for the last three years in terms of condition 4.5 of Annexure III of the WUL; and
3.5. the last three IWWMPs and RSIPs in terms of condition 12.2 of Annexure III of the WUL.
4. In respect of Eskom’s Camden Power Station:
