Copies of all reports in terms of section 30 of the National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (NEMA) and records and information regarding all other steps taken that relate to the leakage of petrol

In particular:

1. all of the s30(3) reports, i.e. to:
a. the Director-General;
b. the South African Police Services and the relevant fire prevention service;
c. the relevant provincial head of department or municipality; and
d. all persons whose health may be affected by the incident,
and evidence of when such reports were made;

2. information regarding all the steps taken in terms of s30(4), including evidence of when such steps were taken and the manner in which they were taken;

3. all s30(5) reports, i.e. to:
a. the Director-General;
b. the provincial head of department; and
c. eThekwini municipality,
and evidence of which such reports were made;

4. all directives in terms of s30(6) and (7) (if any);

5. information regarding all the steps taken in terms of s30(8) and s30(9) (if any); and

6. all reports in terms of s30(10) (if any).
