1.4. all non-compliance reports submitted for the last three years in terms of condition 7.9 of the APPA registration certificate;
1.5. the last three annual reports in terms of condition 7.9 of the APPA registration certificate;
1.6. records indicating compliance with condition 7.11 of the APPA registration certificate;
1.7. the last three internal legal compliance audit reports related to the APPA registration certificate; and
