Request for environmental authorisations/RoD issued in terms of NEMA/ECA, in relation to Rooiwal, Pretoria West and Kelvin Power Stations.

1. Copies of the environmental authorisations issued in terms of the National Environmental Management Act (Act 107 of 1998) in relation to the following power stations:
1.1. Rooiwal, operated by the City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality;
1.2. Pretoria West. Operated by the City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality; and
1.3. Kelvin, operated by Kelvin Power.

2. Alternatively, copies of the records of decision issued in terms of the Environmental Conservation Act (Act 73 of 1989) with respect to the above-listed power stations.
