Request for WML/permits and compliance reports for Kelvin, Rooiwal, Pretoria West, Tutuka, Kriel and Grootvlei power stations, and compliance reports, and EA/RoD for Tutuka, Kriel and Grootvlei

1. Copies of the Waste Management Licences (WML) in terms of the National Environmental Management: Waste Act, Act 59 of 2008 (the Waste Act), for the following power stations:

1.1. Kelvin;
1.2. Rooiwal;
1.3. Pretoria West;
1.4. Tutuka;
1.5. Kriel; and
1.6. Grootvlei;

alternatively, if there is no WML, copies of the relevant permits in terms of the Environment Conservation Act 73 of 1989;
2.  The most recent annual reports reporting on compliance with the WMLs or permits for the above mentioned power stations;

3. Copies of the environmental authorisations issued in terms of the National Environmental Management Act (Act 107 of 1998) in relation to the following power stations:

3.1. Tutuka;
3.2. Kriel; and
3.3. Grootvlei;

alternatively, copies of the records of decision issued in terms of the Environmental Conservation Act (Act 73 of 1989) with respect to the above-listed power stations.
