Monitoring and compliance reports submitted in terms of the ECA permit/WML of Eskom's Komati, Camden and Hendrina Power Stations
Copies of the following records are requested:
1. In respect of Eskom’s Komati power station:
1.1. the monitoring and measurement plan in terms of condition 4.6.1 of the permit issued to Eskom in terms of ECA;
1.2. all records submitted for the last three years in terms of condition 6.3.2 of the ECA permit
1.3. all records submitted for the last three years in terms of condition 6.3.3 of the ECA permit;
1.4. the last three Departmental audit and inspection reports in terms of condition 5.2 of the ECA permit;
1.5. the last three internal legal compliance audit reports submitted in terms of condition 6.3.1 of the ECA permit;
1.6. the last three external legal compliance audit reports submitted in terms of condition 6.3.1 of the ECA permit;
1.7. all monitoring reports submitted for the last three years in terms of condition 9.8 of the waste management licence (WML) issued to Eskom in terms of the National Environmental Management: Waste Act, 2008 (Waste Act);
1.8. the updated groundwater model in terms of condition 9.10 of the WML;
1.9. the last three Departmental audit and inspection reports in terms of condition 10.3 of the WML;
1.10.the last three internal legal compliance audit reports submitted in terms of condition 10.1.1 of the WML; and
1.11.the last three external legal compliance audit reports submitted in terms of condition 9.7 of the WML.
2. In respect of Eskom’s Camden power station:
2.1. the monitoring and measurement plan in terms of condition 4.6.1 of the permit issued to Eskom in terms of ECA;
2.2. all records submitted for the last three years in terms of condition 6.3.2 of the ECA permit;
2.3. all records submitted for the last three years in terms of condition 6.3.3 of the ECA permit;
2.4. the last three Departmental audit and inspection reports in terms of condition 5.2 of the ECA permit;
3. In respect of Eskom’s Hendrina power station:
3.1. all monitoring reports submitted for the last three years in compliance with condition 6 of the WML issued to Eskom in terms of the Waste Act;
3.2. the last three Departmental audit and inspection reports in terms of condition 10.3 of the WML;
3.3. the last three internal legal compliance audit reports submitted in terms of condition 10.1.1 of the WML; and
