Christine Reddell (15-01-2016): I had classified this request as a deemed refusal given that it has been months since the date upon which a decision was required to be made. We still haven't received an actual decision letter, but have now been forwarded one of the items requested - a list of the water use licence applications received by the DWS for water use in Mpumalanga between 2011 and 2015. We had requested 6 items though - so this request is still incomplete.
