Request to the Department of Mineral Resources for further documents relating to Tormin Mineral Sands.

Copies of the following documents are requested in relation to the mining operations conducted by Mineral Sands Resources (Pty) Ltd (MSR) at the Tormin Mineral Sands Mine, located approximately 400 km north of Cape Town and 40 km west of the town Lutzville (Magisterial District of Van Rhynsdorp, Western Cape Region):

1. Any and all performance assessment and/or environmental audit reports submitted to the Minister of Mineral Resources or the Department of Mineral Resources (DMR) by, or on behalf of, MSR in accordance with Regulation 55 of the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Regulations, 2004 (MPRDA Regulations), and/or Regulation 34 of the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations, 2014.

2. Copies of all records (including reports) of inspections of the Tormin Mineral Sands Mine by the DMR between the official opening of the mine in March 2014 and 3 June 2016.

3. The most recent, approved Social and Labour Plan (SLP), and the most recent annual compliance report submitted to the DMR by, or on behalf of, MSR in relation to the SLP.
