Allocation of 2004-2012 grants to Mamathola Farmstead in Letsitele Valley and payments to employees of Mamathola Farm.

Any and all records from the Department regarding the allocation of grants given to the Mamathola Farmstead in Letsitele Valley between the year 2004 and November 2012, and records that detail the payments to employees of Mamathola Farm (personal information may be redacted as per PAIA). These records would include inter alia:

a)    Receipts/payslips which demonstrate farmworker payments (annual records also are acceptable)
b)    The letter of appointment of the relevant judicial administrator and names of the administrator
c)    Tender documents for Silver Meadow Trading 281 (PTY) LTD in relation to the farm
d)    The names of Directors of Silver Meadow Trading
e)    Grants allocated to Banareng Ba Letsoalo CPA and list of committee members.
f)    Records regarding the appointment of staff and managers of the Mamathola Farms
g)    Records regarding the appointment of Tsakane
h)    Records outlining the selection process for employees at Mamathola Farms
i)    Records regarding the annual budget reporting of Mamathola Farms within the relevant years (annual reports with expenditure would suffice)
