Ownership of land on which informal settelements are currently constituted in Krugersdorp and any reports relating to the quality of that land.

A. Any and all records relating to:
a. Land quality in Ward 30 in Krugersdorp, and in the settlements of Matshelapata and Tarlton in particular. Specifically, any reports relating to, or the results from, geological tests of the land that indicate dolomite is present, and the consequences of the presence of dolomite; and
b. Resettlement plans for the people resident in Ward 30, if the land is dolomitic.

B. Records showing the registered proprietor of the land in the following wards on which informal settlements are currently constitute:
a. Ward 30 in Krugersdorp;
b. Ward commonly known as Orient Hills;
c.    Ward commonly known as Smoke Down;
d.    Ward commonly known as Norman; and
e.    Ward commonly known as Sterkfontein.
